The way most college students I know view their time:

• 11am-2pm: Morning. Barely conscious.
• 3pm-9pm: Regular waking hours - classes, work, study, etc.
• 10pm-3am: Best time of the day, obviously.
• 4am-10am: Unconscious hours.
