The way most college students I know view their time:
- 11am-2pm: Morning. Barely conscious.
- 3pm-9pm: Regular waking hours - classes, work, study, etc.
- 10pm-3am: Best time of the day, obviously.
- 4am-10am: Unconscious hours.
